ACCESS - PARKING
 

For your convenience, Metterra Hotel on Whyte is pleased to offer three parking choices.

• Complimentary self parking is available at the Metterra surface parking lot, located approximately half a block from the hotel. As well as at the Varscona parkade. (See map).
• Complimentary valet parking is also available by parking in the valet zone in front of the hotel. Should space not be available when you arrive, you may park at the Metterra surface parking lot to avoid dealing with traffic. The valet attendant can then handle your vehicle and baggage from there.
• Oversize vehicles including Suburbans, Hummers and pickup trucks must all be self parked at the Metterra surface parking lot.

Please note that complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per room, per night. Additional vehicles may be parked at a charge of $20.00 per vehicle, per night.

Should you wish to take advantage of our valet parking service, the following applies:

On Arrival - Please be advised that the Metterra Hotel on Whyte is situated in an area patrolled by the City of Edmonton By law Enforcement and the hotel is not liable for any ticket you may incur while waiting for a parking attendant.

On Departure - Please note that vehicle retrieval is subject to the availability of parking attendants so, please advise the Front Desk at least 45 minutes before you wish to leave. To ensure your vehicle is available for you when you require, please book your retrieval time with the front desk on the evening prior to your departure.

Following your request for valet parking, we will be pleased to provide the service for you subject to the vehicle and contents being driven and parked at your own risk. The hotel management does not accept liability for loss and/or damage to the vehicle and its contents while being parked or while at the car park itself.
