“We could not have had a better experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I planned a bachelorette party and we had 16 girls meet in the room. I had requested to have an armchair removed to make more space and it was promptly taken out. A marker stain happened on one of the comforters and housekeeping said she could get it out and we would not have to worry about it and was really impressed with how honest we were about making the stain. What warmed my heart most was that she wasn't worried at all about the stain but more concerned that the bride to be had a great night! In the morning we asked for a few more coffees for the machine and the lady cleaning the rooms on our floor even grabbed us an extra two mugs as there were four of us. :) Again, wonderful and accommodating staff and we appreciate their hospitality.”
